Yes if they have earned income (does not apply to good behavior). However, no one has devised a way to catch up with them. For some reason we are unable to get a grip on them to hold them for tax evasion. -:[]

Yes they do.
If you make money the irs wants a cut.
That’s why they are more than happy to take illegal immigrants money, and not report them to the proper authorities.
Zombies are no different. lol

No, not at all. The way tax laws are structured, the need to pay them ends at death. Some people have gotten into tax trouble before because they were issued a death certificate and stopped paying taxes for a while before the IRS caught up with them. If the vampire or zombie could prove they were still dead, the IRS would be hard pressed to try and take taxes from them.
