That’s true, but if …
That’s true, but if they were this advanced they probably wouldn’t be going around killing and shooting everyone. The point behind zombies is that they become primitive and are very aggressive.
Imo, if they were “Infected” aggressive/fast type zombies, they’d probably all be freaking out and constantly screaming and smashing shit, and most likely fighting each other.
I don’t see why in all the movies the zombies band together and only go for non-zombies.

I’d go on an island or a fortified building. Some schools in East LA and Chicago and such are built super fortified and can easily withstand a Level 1 to a Level 2 Outbreak scenario, like in the Zombie Survival Guide.

Logistically …
Logistically speaking, the closest thing to a zombie that might occur are the rabid humans in Left 4 Dead, the Ifected in 28 Days Later and in ZombieLand.
It might never be possible to reanimate dead tissue. But, it’s still good to be prepared in case the dead do somehow return to life and try to use our shin bones as toothpicks.

Well when you’re making an instructional video, you’re not supposed to be joking around, it’s obvious these guys are joking. Sometimes people speak as if they’re serious when they’re talking about something completely ridiculous, it adds a bit to the comedy and also throws off the listener.
