As for weapons, your most valuable weapon may be your size. A 12 year old can fit into tight spaces and hide easier than an adult. Other than that, just let me say that blades don’t run out of ammo like guns do.
If you can, also try to track down The Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks http://www.randomhouse.com/crown/zombiesurvivalguide/. Brooks is the leading expert in the history of undead uprisings. His advice may very well save your life, and the book is available in a fairly inexpensive paperback.

Sweetie, you need to talk to your parents about the fact that you would even consider getting a gun or a weapon.. if this scares you enough that you think you need a weapon, Please Please talk to your parents, if you don’t feel you can talk to them, go to a teacher or a another friends parents or some adult that you can trust – I don’t want to see you in the news one day. Look in the phone book too, there are always help lines and places you can call and talk to people that won’t ask who you are if you are embarrassed to talk to someone you know…. but searching for weapons is NOT a good idea….

well i cant say nuthin im jus 13 i read the zombie survival guide and world war z both by max brooks.
uhh. if ur dads a redneck get him to buy u a 22 rifles or pistol..
i dont neccesarily think it will happen but i wont say it wont happen.
machetes are best weapons
travel in a large van or biciycle
leave the populated areas and go to the countryside where no 1 lives
if u miss the oppurtunitie and things get worse just bar up your house and keep quiet until it settles down and dont get into them traffic jams. leave when every 1 else is dead. and then go to the countrys
i i kno. i have no life. last time i read the books when i was 12 and i was obssessed with it too but i eventually forgot about it

YOUR BRAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is the best weapon! guns run out of bullets and bladed weapons can get dull and stick in things that u cant pull it out. sooooo by saying ur brain i mean using ur head and look around! EVERYTHING can be a weapon!
